"We had a pool built in our new home. Clepper’s Landscape Services came in afterwards and did the landscaping, sprinkler and drainage rebuild and installed landscape lighting. We had quotes from other landscape firms – Tim’s quote was thorough and professional as well as very competitive against the other firms. His vision for the backyard was immediately very close to ours, but during the design phase he was willing to listen to and incorporate our thoughts and ideas as best he could. It was a very collaborative design experience. He didn’t try to bluff us if there was something he didn’t know, he admitted it and committed to researching further. He was very patient as we waited for the pool construction to progress, which was delayed by heavy rainstorms. He kept in communication with us, and also directly with the pool builder, to work around their schedule. As others have mentioned he’s in there every day working with the crews, making sure things are done right and there are no issues with the homeowners. He’s not a contractor who shows up for 30 minutes at the start then leaves for the day. The crews were neat and tidy, showed up on time and were courteous and polite. Once the job was completed we had some issues with the lighting which turned out to be a bad batch of bulbs. A quick email to Tim and he came out promptly to replace. In our last house I did all the landscaping and took pride in being the owner, designer and contractor. This wasn’t possible with this scale of project and with other commitments, so contracting out was the only option. I still feel nearly the same sense of satisfaction from knowing we picked a great contractor and got a fantastic design and build that will look beautiful for years to come. I whole-heartedly recommend Tim and would use his services again in the future."

From the initial design consultation to the turning of the last screw, Tim Clepper asked questions to clarify my vision and brought creativity and expertise to the conversation. He was patient while I made difficult material and design decisions and listened carefully when I proposed unconventional gardening theories; he gently assumed the role of educator when the project needed focus. "I got few estimates for a new sprinkler system. Tim Clepper's bid was very detailed. He was willing to listen and took time to explain everything. He was very sincere about getting city's permission, followed all the protocols. Because of his politeness, paying attention to details and his professionalism, I decided to hire his team for the work. I'm so glad that I hired him. He kept excellent communication throughout the installation. He was on the field working with his crew, made sure everything was done to his and our satisfaction. installation.  He was upfront about costs and clearly explained the
whole process for installing the sprinkler system.  After visiting the
site layout, Mr. Clepper provided a very professional detailed estimate
of work and cost that outlined the expected both materials and labor
cost.  Work was done timely, and there was good communication throughout
the install.  Having a background in architectural design and years of

   "Tim Clepper did a fantastic job with our yard and flowerbeds.  He was a one-stop shop as we re-did all of the beds and added an irrigation system.  From the 1^st visit until completion he handled everything efficiently and professionally.  

   Being a complete makeover, Tim had the imagination and skills to translate our vague descriptions and hand waving as we walked the property into a superbly detailed plan that was logically and esthetically divided into sections should we decide to do the work in stages.  Enthused with Tim’s plan we did it all.  Throughout the project, Tim did a great job of listening and adopting our core vision with his professional suggestions adding rhythm and flair that made the work complete.  

   With our sprinkler system, Tim was the most informed of the bidders about the new technologies and methods that conserve water and their costs.  We decided to go with the most efficient sprinkler heads and to use soakers in the beds.  Tim even designed in waypoints that will make it easy to expand the system when we add other beds or flower pots.  

    Tim worked hard and was easy to communicate with.  He made very efficient use of email to send us the documents and plans, additional gardening information, and to respond to our questions and suggestions.  Our late night emails were answered the next morning.  Conscious of our budget, Tim was able to create beautiful results at a reasonable price.  

 Best endorsement we can give?  We’re hiring Tim to re-do our 2^nd home."

When I first met with Tim at my house for a consultation on the work to be performed, Tim offered great suggestions and options. He followed up with a quote via email. I was then able to select the services I wanted. I ended up with a new tree and with several new beds that compliment my yard. They also de-weeded my existing beds, mowed and edged my lawn, and laid down soil and mulch on all old and new beds. The work was completed promptly and done very well. I did not have to take off work for them to complete the yard work, which was a great convenience to me. I would come home each night and marvel at each new improvement to my yard. I could not imagine doing the quality work that Clepper's Landscaping work on my front and back yard, and I am very pleased with the results. "Clepper's Landscape did a wonderful job on my house in Sugarland.
They brought mulch, dirt, beautiful plants, and flowers and planted them just the way that I had asked. They also checked my sprinkler system after planting all the plants which is a bonus as far as I am concerned because I didn't have to wait around for a sprinkler guy to come over. Tim knows everything about sprinkler systems so it was a one stop shop for me, which makes things much easier when you are doing a landscape job. Tim was very quick to respond back to me with his estimate and followed through with what he said he was going to do. I also felt like Tim's prices for his materials were very fair and reasonable compared to others. I couldn't ask for a better or nicer company to do my landscaping other than Clepper's Landscaping. I'm VERY pleased with the job Tim has done and intend to use his company again to do my back yard! I HIGHLY recommend Clepper's Landscape for any landscape or sprinkler system job you may have!!!!"

"A coworker of mine recommended Clepper's Landscape Services to me. He was very intuitive with the problems with our house and knew what to fix. We are trying to get our house sold and he cleaned up our landscape very well to add great curb appeal. Some people just do a sloppy job to get the house done but he takes the time out to do his work neatly and always follows with a very nice clean-up job. He is very organized and fair about costs. He even found that our siding was still rotting even though we had hired someone to replace it! I've had someone come do the same job for cheaper but I lost out in service and quality. This guy is certified and really does the job right."
